Our design team at Berbermade are proud of the product that we make and we hope that you will love them too but we understand that you may need to make a return if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it. All items must be returned to us in their original new and undamaged condition with the original packaging and tag attached for a full refund but only if the item is defective. Berbermade reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the item is not returned in the specific condition. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
We do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision about type, size or color; Therefore, we ask that you choose carefully. You can also ask us a question at any time for further clarification about a specific product.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of receipt to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
It is highly unlikely that you will receive an incorrect or damaged item due to our robust quality control, but if you do, please contact us within 48 hours. Defective products include tears or broken zippers.
To initiate a return / exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You’ll need your order number from your order confirmation email and zip code associated with the shipping address of the order. After you receive a shipping label attach it to the original packaging and then drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.
Our products are 100% handmade and may show minor imperfections which adds to their beauty. These are not considered defective.
